A dead of a 40- to 45-year-old man was found in the mud in the Devichapada creek area west of Dombivli on Thursday evening. The deceased person has not been identified yet. Police are trying to identify the man.

Similarly, in the first week of March, the body of businessman Mansukh Hiren was found in Retibandar, Mumbai. In the evening, Police Patil Laxmikant Patil found a body in the creek area. He informed Vishnunagar police station about this.

Under the guidance of senior police inspector Sanjay Sable, police sub-inspector Ghanshyam Bendre and his staff went to the spot and took the body out. No obect or evidence to identify the body was found at the spot. It is still unknown whether the deceased was murder or commited suicide.

The police administration has said that the exact reason behind this will be known only after the autopsy report.
