Maharashtra government has imposed lockdown across the state to curb the coronavirus spread, a large crowd was seen at a place in Solapur on Saturday morning.

A truck transporting fish overturned near Sambhaji Maharaj Lake on Solapur-Bijapur road after the driver lost control on the wheels. A large crowd of people gathered to loot the fish. 

The truck carrying the fish was coming from Bijapur to Solapur.The truck hit the sidewalk and overturned, all the live fish fell into the lake. The news of truck transporting fish overturned spread across the city and surrounding areas. This caused a mob of people to loot the fish.

People filled their bags and looted the fish. People didn't even bother about covid and gathered in large numbers to loot fish. Crowds flocked to see the crowd from the bridge over the lake. Upon learning of the incident, police arrived at the spot and chased away the people looting the fish.
