MNS Raj Thackeray recent statement has created stir in political circle. In a recent interview Raj Thackeray gave a hint indirectly to extend his hand to Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray for an alliance.  In response to this Sanjay Raut stated that, we are definitely looking at all these things from a positive perspective. Ultimately, it is a matter of Maharashtra's welfare, said Thackeray group MP Sanjay Raut. Post this rapid political developments are unfolding across Maharashtra ahead of the upcoming municipal and local body elections, including in Mumbai. Amidst this backdrop, speculation is mounting over a potential alliance between Raj Thackeray and the Thackeray group. After Raj Thackeray expressed his willingness to consider an alliance, Uddhav Thackeray too responded positively, albeit with certain conditions. This has intensified discussions about a possible reunion of the Thackeray brothers, generating significant buzz in political circles.

When asked about the likelihood of Uddhav Thackeray quitting the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) if an alliance with Raj Thackeray materializes, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut offered a guarded response while speaking to reporters.

“Now this is your next question, and I will not answer it at this moment,” Raut said. “The Maha Vikas Aghadi is a political platform created for the betterment of Maharashtra. Currently, Raj Thackeray is seen aligning with the BJP and the Shinde group. From our perspective, he is not acting in Maharashtra’s interest. The BJP is using Raj Thackeray as a tool to harass Marathi people in the state. If Raj Thackeray realizes this, it would be a favor to the Marathi community,” he stated firmly.

Raut emphasized that no hasty decisions would be made. “We will not rush to reject Raj Thackeray’s role. We’re not making baseless claims. Why shouldn’t there be a conversation between Uddhav and Raj Thackeray about a possible alliance? I have discussed this with Uddhav Thackeray. If someone is harming Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the Marathi people, then unity becomes necessary,” he added. “However, we will wait. We are waiting for something better to emerge. All Thackerays are one,” Raut concluded
