Akshay Kumar sold his flat in Mumbai's Borivali East for Rs 4.35 crore, according to SquareYards' assessment of the property registration paperwork.

The property is situated in the Oberoi Realty's 25-acre Sky City development. There are 2BHK, 3BHK, studio, and duplex units available in the ready-to-move-in residential project.

According to the paperwork, the transaction was registered on March 8, 2025. According to Square Yards' study of the IGR property registration paperwork, the unit is 1,073 square feet in size and has two parking spaces. The transaction cost Rs 30,000 in registration fees and Rs 26.1 lakh in stamp duty.

A flat that Kumar bought in November 2017 for 2.37 crore was recently sold for 4.35 crore, representing an 84% increase in value, according to Square Yards' study of IGR property registration papers.

Oberoi Sky City has demonstrated robust market activity, according to Square Yards Data Intelligence estimates, with 208 sale registrations worth RS 818 crore between March 2024 and February 2025. The project's average resale price is Rs 44,577 per square foot.

In May 2024, Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan purchased several houses in Oberoi Sky City, according to IGR property registration records that Square Yards was able to access.
