A non-venomous Indian Rock Python was safely rescued from Mumbai's Dadar on Wednesday morning, February 25. The sighting of the large reptile reported in the Pitambar Wadi area of Shivaji Park triggered panic among locals. 

The sighting in a residential area triggered a brief moment of concern among residents. After receiving the information. Animal rescuers reached the spot.

A video shared on a social media platform shows a huge python coiled self in the table. After moving the table, the reptile can be seen running to hide. However, the daring forest official caught him directly with its tail.

Meanwhile, six giant pythons were seen crawling in the backyard of a house in Karnataka's Karwar taluka. The reptiles found hiding beneath store household items within the compound.
