A case has been registered against an unidentified person after a threatening note claiming a bomb was on board a Jaipur-Mumbai flight was discovered. The incident created a brief panic but ended safely after thorough checks revealed no suspicious or dangerous items.

 

The flight, carrying 225 passengers, landed safely at Mumbai Airport at 8:50 PM on Monday. Around 20 minutes after take-off from Jaipur at 7 PM, airline staff found a note in the aircraft's lavatory warning of a bomb onboard.

 

Following standard protocol, the aircraft was thoroughly inspected upon arrival in Mumbai. No suspicious object was found during the security check.

 

According to officials from the Airport Police Station, a case has been registered under the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 125 (act endangering life due to negligence), 351(4) (issuing threats while concealing identity), and 353(1)(b) (statements causing public alarm). Further investigation is underway.
