YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia was questioned by the Maharashtra Cyber Cell Officials for two hours on February 24. During this time he confessed to them the reason he was on the panel. He admitted his mistake and he was on the show panel as Samay Raina was his friend.

Allhabadia had skipped previous summons issued to him and appeared in front of Maharashtra Cyber Cell officials on February 24. He said to officials that YouTubers maintain friendly ties and keep going to each other's shows. Allahbadia also said he did not charge any money for his appearance on the show.

The controversy struck when Allahbadia asked a contestant on the show, "Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?" After being criticised and facing backlash he apologised for his remarks.

Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija were on the panel along with Allahbadia and Samay Raina.

Several cases were filed against panelists and show makers along with Allahbadia across India. Last week the Supreme Court granted interim protection to Ranveer Allahbadia from being arrested but called his remarks ‘vulgar’ and said that he had a dirty mind. The court also ordered him to deposit his passport with Thane Police and he cannot leave the country without permission.
