Mumbai’s Khar Police have recorded the statement of popular YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani in connection with the India’s Got Latent controversy. The police are currently in the process of recording the statement of another key individual, Apoorva Makija.

 

Authorities are actively reaching out to all those involved in the show. However, the show’s creator, Samay Raina, is currently out of the country, making it difficult for the police to contact him immediately.

 

Meanwhile, the police have also spoken to the manager of YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, who is at the center of the controversy due to a contentious statement made during an episode. The manager has been summoned for an official statement.

 

India’s Got Latent is a comedy show streamed on YouTube. The controversy erupted after an episode featuring Ranveer Allahbadia, where he asked a question regarding parents' intimate lives. The remark was widely criticized as ‘obscene,’ sparking public outrage and prompting legal action against those associated with the show.
