A team from Guwahati Police in Assam has arrived in Mumbai to investigate a case related to the show India's Got Talent. The officers handling the case have traveled to Mumbai as part of their inquiry.

 

Guwahati Police has filed an FIR against individuals involved in a YouTube show for making offensive remarks.

 

On Tuesday, Khar Police recorded statements from YouTubers Ashish Chanchlani and Apoorva Makheja.

 

Following the filing of the case against YouTubers Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, and others, the Guwahati Police is present at Khar Police Station in Mumbai. They are set to question those connected to the case.

 

The FIR was lodged by Assam Police against Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani, and others for allegedly promoting obscenity in a controversial episode of the show India's Got Talent. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared information about the incident on X (formerly Twitter), stating that Guwahati Police has taken strict action against everyone involved in the show.

 

The controversy erupted when Ranveer Allahbadia asked an extremely controversial and obscene question to a contestant in one of the episodes.
