An eight-foot Indian Rock Python was discovered at a construction site near Bandra-Kurla Complex on Tuesday morning, creating a stir in the busy commercial hub. The reptile was located at an under-construction site close to Jio World Drive, raising concern among nearby workers and residents. As reported by Mid Day, security personnel first noticed the snake and promptly contacted a wildlife rescuer. A member of SARRP India quickly arrived at the scene and carried out a careful rescue. The python was later released safely into its natural habitat without causing harm to anyone.

Last month, a tragic incident in Virar West resulted in the death of a man following a reckless interaction with a snake. The 40-year-old individual, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, was seen performing a dangerous stunt by handling and kissing the reptile in the Navapur area. During the act, the snake bit his hand, leading to severe consequences. He was rushed to a hospital in the Kharodi area, where doctors declared him dead before treatment could begin.
