Mumbai commuters, take note! The Western Railway has announced that several AC local trains on Mumbai’s Western Line will operate as non-AC locals on March 27 and 28, 2025. This sudden change will affect thousands of daily passengers traveling on key routes.
Why Are Mumbai AC Local Trains Running as Non-AC?
While the Western Railway has not officially disclosed the reason behind this change, speculation suggests it could be due to maintenance issues, technical upgrades, or operational adjustments. An official clarification is awaited.

On 27th & 28th March 2025, some AC Local train services will operate as regular Non-AC locals. Check the list below for affected trains. We regret the inconvenience caused.”
