Actress Karuna Verma has filed a theft complaint at Bangur Nagar Police Station, alleging that four gold bangles worth ₹88,000 were stolen from her residence. In her FIR, the actress has expressed suspicion about a domestic worker employed at her house. The police have registered a case against an unidentified person and have initiated an investigation.

 

According to Bangur Nagar Police, the actress resides in a building in Malad West. The stolen gold bangles were gifted to her by her mother in 2015, and she had kept them in an unlocked drawer in her bedroom. She last saw the bangles on March 9, after which they went missing.

 

About a month ago, the actress had hired a woman named Shanti for household chores. During the actress's shooting schedules, Shanti used to stay alone at home. The Bangur Nagar Police are interrogating Gaur and several others as part of the investigation.
