BJP workers showed a black flag to Congress leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi in Mumbai's Mulund area on Saturday, February 21. This comes after Indian Youth Congress (IYC) workers protested at the AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

Video shared on social media shows BJP workers with a black flag and a poster of Congress leader with a cross mark on it showing to convoys of Rahul Gandhi during his visit to Bhiwandi in Thane. In the video, workers are shouting "Rahul Gandhi haye haye."

Gandhi arrived in Mumbai on Saturday morning to appear before the additional sessions court in Bhiwandi in the 2014 RSS defamation case.

Meanwhile, during the AI Impact Summit in Delhi, at least 10 Congress workers were detained on Friday, after they tricked their way into Bharat Mandapam and briefly raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, police said.
