Mumbai, Maharashtra (February 16, 2025): A shocking incident unfolded in Kurla, Mumbai, where Parvez Siddiqui allegedly killed his 4-year-old daughter, Afiya Siddiqui, after a family dispute.

According to Mumbai’s Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police, the incident occurred during a heated argument between Siddiqui and his wife. In a fit of rage, Siddiqui assaulted his wife and then threw his daughter to the ground, resulting in fatal injuries.

Afiya was rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.

The police have arrested Parvez Siddiqui and charged him under sections 103(1) and 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act. A murder case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
