In order to do essential engineering and maintenance work, the Central Railway, Mumbai Division, would no longer run a special mega block on its suburban lines on Sunday, March 30. On X, the Central Railway said, "The special midnight block between Kalyan-Badlapur (for girder de-launching) and at Neral (for commissioning of Electronic Interlocking) on 29/30 March 2025 has been CANCELLED.”
No effect on Thane-Kalyan Slow Lines' "Central Line Services" (11:00 am–4:00 pm):
Down Slow/Semi-Fast Trains: Trains leaving Mulund between 10:43 am and 3:53 pm will not be switched to the Down Fast line, which stops at Thane, Kalva, Mumbra, Diva and Dombivali stations, between Mulund and Kalyan. These trains are going to reach their destinations on time.
The Up Fast route between Kalyan and Mulund, which stops at Dombivli, Diva, Mumbra, Kalwa, and Thane, would not be used as a diversion for trains leaving Kalyan between 10:36 am and 3:51 pm. They are anticipated to reach their destinations on schedule and won't be switched to the Up Slow queue at Mulund.
Thane Local: The Down Slow line will be used for these services. There will be a ten-minute delay for all slow services leaving or arriving at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm.

DOWN Harbour line services to Vashi /Belapur/Panvel departing CSMT from 10.34 am to 3.36 pm and UP Harbour line services for CSMT departing Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 10.16 am to 3.47 pm will remain cancelled.
However, Special services will run between CSMT-Kurla and Kurla - Panvel/Vashi during the block period.
Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Thane-Vashi / Nerul stations from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
