Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL) has introduced a new and easy ticketing system to avoid long queues. Passengers willing to travel in Mumbai Metro can book tickets using the WhatsApp app by just sending a 'Hi' message. The announcement made on X by MMMOCL allows passengers to book tickets in a convenient, easy, paperless, and fast way.

MMMOCL shared steps to book tickets via WhatsApp without visiting the platform window. Maha Mumbai Metro provided the official number WhatsApp 8652635500 to get started with WhatsApp ticketing.

In a post on X, MMMOCL said, "No more paper tickets, no more queues—just a WhatsApp message, and you're on your way!Say goodbye to the wait and hello to instant travel! Send “Hi” to 86526-35500. Try it today and experience the future of metro travel!"

Steps to Book Ticket Via WhatsApp

1. Save Number +91 8652635500

2. Search on WhatsApp and send 'Hi.' to get started.

3. Maha Mumbai Metro reply with 3 options, 'Buy Ticket', 'Retrieve Ticket' and 'Last Transaction.'

4. Please select one of the options.

5. If you select the 'Buy Ticket' option, you will receive a link saying "Click Here."

6. Choose your boarding station and destination.

9. Click on "Continue" to book a ticket.

After clicking on continue, you can pay via several payment methods, such as UPI, Wallet, or Card. Choose your mode of payment, and you will receive the ticket instantly.
