A television actress was allegedly molested during a Holi party in Andheri after being forcibly smeared with colors. The Amboli police have registered a case against a TV actor in connection with the incident.

 

According to the police, the victim is currently working as an actress for a television channel in Andheri. The channel had organized a Holi celebration on its terrace the day after the festival. Several actors and actresses associated with the channel were invited to the event, including the victim. She attended the party along with her co-stars, among whom was a 30-year-old male actor.

 

During the celebration, the accused allegedly consumed a large amount of alcohol. In an inebriated state, he forcefully applied color to the actress and molested her. He then allegedly threatened her, saying, "Marry me, or I will not leave you."

 

Shocked and distressed by the incident, the actress approached the Amboli police station and lodged a complaint. Based on her statement, the police have registered a case of molestation against the accused actor. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
