Mumbai University Postpones March-April Exams Citing Clash With MHT-CET, Check Revised Schedule

The exam dates of the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) were clashing with Mumbai University exams scheduled for March and April this year. Therefore, the university decided to postpone a number of tests that were originally planned for March 24 to April 3, 2025.

The updated schedule is as follows:

Science Exams:

A reference is invited to Programme Exam code 1802816, 1800146, 1500136, 1800156, 1800196, 1800166, 1800256 relating to the Science & Technology examination which was scheduled from 26th March, 2025 & 01 April, 2025, the Head, University of Various Department and Directors/ Principals of the affiliated Institute/Colleges in Science are hereby informed that the said examination is rescheduled due to STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST 2025-2026 in Maharashtra State and will be held as per revised timetable.

Commerce & Management Exams:

A reference is invited to Programme Exam Code 2000146, 2000256, 2000346, 2000456, 2000826, 2000926, 2001026, 2C01116, 2M00156, 2001006, 2000466, 2000136, 2000246, 2000336, 2000446 relating to the Commerce & Management examination which was scheduled from 18th March, 2025 regarding to reschedule various examinations of the Summer 2025, the Director, Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE) & the Principle of the affiliated Colleges in Commerce are hereby informed that the papers on 24th, 25th, 26th 27th & 28th March, 2025 and 02nd & 3rd April, 2025 are rescheduled due to STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST 2025-2026 in Maharashtra State and will now be held as per revised date as shown below:

Arts Exams:

A reference is invited to Programme Exam Code 3A00146, 3A00136, 3A01006 relating to the Arts examination which was scheduled from 26th March, 2025 regarding to reschedule various examinations of the Summer 2025, the Director, Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE) & the Principle of the affiliated Colleges in Arts are hereby informed that the papers on 26th. 27th & 28th March, 2025 and 02nd & 3rd April, 2025 are rescheduled due to STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST 2025-2026 in Maharashtra State and will now be held as per revised date as shown below:

The Engineering (PCM group) exams are scheduled to take place between April 19 and April 27, 2025. Exams for Pharmacy (PCB group) will be held between April 9 and April 17, 2025. Candidates' admit cards will be made available approximately one week before the tests.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) registration window was accessible from December 30, 2024, to February 15, 2025.

Meanwhile, the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra has released the admit card for the MAH MCA CET 2025. Candidates who enrolled in the test can now download their admission cards from the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The test will be held on March 23, 2025. The MAH MCA CET 2025 is a requirement for admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs at various colleges in Maharashtra.
