The opulent apartment is situated on the 12th floor of Puja Luminaire, a residential building on Juhu Tara Road. The documents state that Shubman Gill has purchased an entire 12th floor, with a RERA carpet area of a whopping 3,369 sq.ft.
Gill purchased the apartment promoted by film producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son Jackky Bhagnani.Gill’s acquisition adds to a string of high‑profile real estate deals in Mumbai involving current and former players and their families. Others who have invested in the city’s property market include Rohit Sharma, Zaheer Khan and Suryakumar Yadav. Jackky Bhagnani, Bhagnani’s son and an actor himself, is involved in the business, while his daughter Deepshikha is associated with the family’s film production venture.
