Nagpur, Dec 30

The Kapil Nagar police has registered a case against Karan Tuli and his friend Richie Sethi for beating and threatening RJ and actor Pritam Singh, who came in limelight after his Big Boss stint.

Pritam had supported actress Kangna Ranaut on social media, which had miffed Karan Tuli. The incident took place on December 26, 2020. Pritam came to Nagpur a few days ago and was roaming with his friend Gurupreet Bhandari, when Karan called Pritam and started abusing him over his social media post supporting Kangna Ranaut. He then assaulted Prtiam with his friend Richie Sethi.

After the incident Karan went to Pritam’s father’s restaurant and abused his mother, father and sister and threatened them. Karan threatened them in Shiv Sena’s name, due to which Pritam was terrified. Pritam lodged a complaint next day at Kapil Nagar police station, but did not reveal the truth, as he was scared and the police registered a report.

Pritam met senior police officials on December 28, post which both Prtiam and Karan were called by Kapil Nagar police. But Karan went underground as soon as he got to know about the police complaint. Between Pritam’s medical test was done and a case of assault and threatening was registered against Karan and Richie. Karan was in news recently for beating a hotel director and his son in Ramdaspeth recently. Karan portrays himself has Shiv Sena office bearer and hence people fear to lodge a complaint against him. Pritam’s mother and father are old and threatening them is a serious offence. They have demanded strict action against the accused.
