With a proven track record over the past five years, the institute has been a beacon of excellence, guiding students toward permanent commissions through the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Technical Entry Schemes (TES). The deadline for enrollment for the new session is May 10, 2025, with limited seats available for only 60 students.

CSM-AFPI stands out as a premier institution in Central India, blending academic rigor with comprehensive military training to shape disciplined, skilled, and motivated individuals ready to serve the nation. Under the dynamic leadership of Founder-Coordinator Atharv Pandit and director Major Avinash Sahani, a former Special Forces officer, the institute boasts a dedicated team of subject matter experts, Interviewing Officers (IOs), Group Testing Officers (GTOs), and psychologists (TO). This multidisciplinary team works tirelessly to prepare students for both the NDA written examination and the challenging Services Selection Board (SSB) interview process.

The institute’s training methodology goes beyond traditional exam preparation. It incorporates a well-rounded curriculum that includes all necessary SSB tasks—such as psychological tests, group discussions, and outdoor activities—alongside a robust soft skills and adventure activity package. This holistic approach nurtures essential life skills, fosters leadership qualities, and builds resilience, ensuring students are not only exam-ready but also equipped for the demands of a military career. “Our aim is to develop the overall personality of our students, steering them away from distractions and preparing them sincerely and effectively for a life of service,” said Atharv Pandit.
