A minor girl who was in love with her classmate and made physical relations with him for two years, has levelled rape allegations against the boy, after discovering that the boy was two-timing her.
The boy is 17 years old and the girl is 16 years old and study in the same school. They fell in love two years ago.
The matter came to light on Monday, when the girl registered a rape complaint against the boy at MIDC police station.
The boy proposed the girl when she was in class 8, and they used to meet frequently. They use to regularly bunk the school and roam outside. With the corona pandemic, it became all the more convenient for them to meet, as they did not had school.
They established physical relations multiple times and no one in the family knew about the affair as both her parents use to go to work, until the girls mother became suspicious about her behaviour. She checked her mobile and was shocked to see the objectionable videos and photos and the message exchange between them. They were even exchanging pornographic videos.
The boy also had some photos of himself and her in her mobile. Seeing this, the mother imposed restrictions on her and did not allow her to leave the house. They were not able to meet from April 16. The boy started calling her again and again.
On Monday afternoon, the mother scolded her and told her that she would go to police. The her mother took her to Hingna police station and confided with the lady cops and told them the entire truth. The police tried to explain her and told her not to meet the boy and indulge in these kind of activities. They also called the boy to tell him not to harass the girl.
There was a shocking revelation
The girl told police that the boys phone contained pornographic photos and messages and to delete it, the girl took her boyfriend’s mobile and she was shocked to see the content. She came across objectionable photos and content of her boyfriend with another girl. She understood that he two-timed her and the girl then accused him of rape. She told police that they had been having sex for last two years.
Hingna police sent them to MIDC police
As both the boy and girl were from MIDC, the Hingna police sent them to MIDC, where the girl lodged a rape complaint against her boyfriend. PSI Thakur filed a case of rape under POCSO Act.
