The members of Gym Owners Association, Nagpur held silent protest and urged the State government to allow them to re-open the gyms and fitness centres in the city.

According to the gym owners association office-bearers Kuldeep Chilkane, Rohit Shahu and Dr Kevin Agrawal they work under the banner of Fit India and not only help the people to build their strength but also immunity. It helps them in overcoming the suffering from depression, anxiery, pre and post cardiac surgery, arthritis, diabetes and many such medical conditions.

The officials said, " The gyms and fintess centres are shut since 2020 and sincne we are unable to work and earn out daily living, we are facing huge financial losses and are not even able to maintain basic necessities of daily living. If our family members are tested Covid positive who will take their responsibility as we don't have enough money for basic medications", they said.
