Arya achieved first place in five-kilometre race whereas Jaiswal finished third in 21-km race.

More than 600 runners from across the country and Khajuraho participated in the event.

The marathon was organised in 3 race categories including 21kms, 10kms and 5kms.

Joint Director MPTB S. K. Shrivastava and assistant director K K Singh were present during the prize distribution ceremony and gave away the prizes. Mitesh Rambhia was the Race Director of the event.

21kms Male: 1. Lakhan Hansdah (Panna), 2. Sachin Hansdah (Panna), 3. Yogesh Jaiswal. (Nagpur)

21kms Female: 1. Asha Singh (Lucknow)

10kms Male: 1. Surender Malik (Delhi), 2. Atul Singh Hada (Jalgaon), 3. Sanjay Hansdah (Panna)

10 kms Female: 1. Manjot Kaur (Mumbai), 2. Shweta Khare (Sagar), 3. Dr. Veena Malik (Indore)

5kms Female: 1. Arya Takone (Nagpur) 2. Khushi Prajapati (Khajuraho), 3. Mahak Bano (Khajuraho)

5kms Male: 1. Ashish Dhakar (Khajuraho), 2. Gaurav Kushwaha (Khajuraho), 3. Chandra Shekhar (Khajuraho)
