In the women's final, Lucknow defeated Chandrapur. Both teams started strongly, scoring three goals each in the first quarter.

By halftime, the Chandrapur had built a 9-6 lead. Lucknow tried hard to fight back in the third quarter, but the turning point came when Chandrapur’s captain suffered an injury. Lucknow capitalized on the opportunity and began scoring consistently to take control of the match. In the end, the Lucknow Lioness secured a 24–18 victory, winning by six goals. With this triumph, Lucknow remained unbeaten throughout the tournament and claimed the championship title.

For her outstanding performance under pressure in the final, Lucknow’s goalkeeper Chetna was once again awarded the ‘Player of the Match’.
