Nagpur, Dec 19

On pretext of investing in incense stick business and giving 50 per cent return on investment, Pramod Kherde had defrauded many people and a second case has been registered against him at Hudkeshwar police station. A case has been registered against him and his partner Madke at Gittikhadan police station four days back. They both are under police custody. According to a complaint filed by Sangeet Thakare, a resident of Janaki Nagar, Hudkeshwar Kherde lured them into investing in GBS Unicorn company''s incense stick business. He also assured them they they will get 1.5 times return on their investment. Falling prey to his sweet talk, Thakre invested an amount of `11,52,500 in the company in September 2019. After 62 days, when they demanded their money back, Kherde was avoiding them. He only paid them `50,000 and was not ready to even return the original invested money. When Thakre realised that she has been cheated, they lodged a complaint at Hudkeshwar police station. The Hudkeshwar police registered a complaint of cheating against Kherde on Friday. This is the second complaint against Kherde in one week.
