Since April 2024, all original pension cases have been processed digitally, ensuring faster, error-free, and secure issuance of pension orders.

Pensioners can now directly download their pension orders from the Nivrittivetanvahini portal, reducing dependency on postal services and enhancing transparency.

Starting this April 2025, the e-PPO system will also be implemented for family pension and revision cases, further streamlining the process digitally. Under this e-intiative, pensioners will receive real-time status updates via SMS, ensuring timely payments and better coordination.

Pensioners can also track their case status under the ‘Pension’ tab on the PAG website, where details of the last three months and the current month’s final cases are available.
