The three-day tournament was jointly organised by the Maharashtra Arm Wrestling Association, Nagpur District Arm Wrestling Association, Achievers Sports Academy, and the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Nagpur, at the Kamgar Kalyan Bhavan in Raghujinagar. Around 550 players from 21 districts participated in the competition.

Mumbai team emerged as the overall champion, while Nagpur district secured second place and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar finished third. The winners and runners-up from this state championship will represent Maharashtra at the National Championship scheduled to be held in Gandhinagar from May 29 to June 2.

The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Maharashtra Arm Wrestling Association President and noted actress Preeti Jhangiani, assistant commissioner of Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board Pratibha Bakhre, chief organizsr of All India Yoga Culture Federation and Arm Wrestling Association Kumar Sardar, senior journalist Kishor Bagde, founder of Maharashtra Arm Wrestling Hemant Dongavkar, working president Pramod Walmamdare, general secretary Dr. Shrikant Varankar, and Labour Welfare Centre director Sachin Wanjari.

The event was conducted under the guidance of tournament director Sachin Mathane. The technical team included Chandrashekhar Dhabale, Laxmikant Meshram, Saurabh Rangari, Amit Duge, Dilip Bhoyar, Sandeep Mohanto, Mahendra Wanjari, and Nitin Bhandakkar. The programme was anchored and concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Pankaj Kunde and Joint Secretary Anand Dabre.
