The services were inaugurated by the Director of Postal Services, Nagpur region Dr Sudhir Jakhere. In line with the vision of the Department of Posts to provide accessible and customer-centrai service, this initiative has been started for the benefit of the general public.
As per the new arrangment, the financial service counters at Nagpur GPO will remain open up to 7.30 p. m. on all working days. Customers can avail various financial services during the extended hours, including saving bank transactions, deposits, withdrawal and other related postal financial services.
