There is an HP petrol pump on Old Bhandara road. Petrol pump incharge Mordhwaj Mishra was on duty at the pump, when Sunny came on scooty and asked for petrol to Mishra. Mishra informed him that the pump is closed and he cannot get petrol. This instigated Sunny who lifted steel barricade and broke oil filling pump and air pump and also hurled abuses at Mishra and left the spot. Sunny again returned to the spot with his five six accomplice and threatened to kill Mishra and again created ruckus.

Mishra then informed about the incident to his director, who launched a complaint with Lakadganj police station. The Lakadganj police has registered a case of arson, rioting and threatening.
