The Nagpur Bench of Mumbai High Court has acquitted husband of murder charges. The order for pronounced by Justice Nitin Suryawanshi.

The accused Siddarth Nana Temburne is a resident of Pachpaoli and the deceased has was Sunanda. She was murdered on September 30, 2006, as her husband suspected her character. The Sessions court had pronounced him guilty and sentenced him for rigorous imprisonment for seven years. The accused had appealed in High

Court against the order. The accused was represented by Adv Rajendra Daga. All the eye witness turned hostile and hence the State could not prove him guilty. The court took into consideration various aspects of the case and set him free.
