Shaikh’s first hat-trick of this year’s tournament helped Navbharat restrict Punyanagari at 145-9 in 20 overs. His bowling figures read 3-0-22-4. Manish Shriwas too bowled well taking three wickets. Punyanagari’s Satish Astankar scored 43 from 39 balls while Shridhar Hatagade added 29. In reply, Navbharat achieved the target in 18.5 overs with Shaikh hitting 25-ball 29 with the help of four boundaries and a six. Abhishek Tiwari contributed 25. Dr Suresh Chandak gave the man of the match award to Shaikh.
