Kritp, taking home advantage defeated Hrissha Dubey 21-14, 21-17 in straight two games. However another city shuttler Krisha Soni lost to Shruti Shankargouda of Shegaon 19-21, 21-18, 17-21. Nagpur's Nishika Gokhe entered the semis defeating Shreya Rathod (AHM) 21-8 21-8. Another city shuttler Nehal Gosavi defeated her city colleague Bhumi Lalka 21-17, 21-12 to enter the semis.
