The tournament will be played with white leather balls at the playgrounds of Nagpur Veterinary College, Western Coalfields Limited, Mujumdar Cricket Academy, St. Mary School and Pandav College. The inaugural ceremony will be held at Nagpur Veterinary College playground .
Vice-Chancellor of MAFSU Dr. Niteen Patil, the coach of Vidarbha Ranji cricket team Usman Ghani, project director of Maha Metro Rajeev Tyagi, the vice president of All India Kulguru Chashak Association Subhash Pawar along with Director of Instructions and Dean (Vet) of MAFSU Dr. Shirish Upadhye, director of Research Dr. Nitin Kurkure, Director of Extension Education Dr. Anil Bhikane, Dean Fishery Science Dr. Sachin Bonde, Registrar Mona Thakur, Comptroller Manisha Shende, associate dean Dr. A. P. Somkuwar and others will prominently remain present for the ceremony.
