Mr John, resident of Democratic Republic of Congo had been experiencing rapidly growing and debilitating swelling in his lower jaw for several months. Seeking medical assistance, he travelled to New Delhi, where he was diagnosed with a malignant tumour of the jawbone, necessitating immediate and specialized intervention. He was referred to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur, by a fellow Congolese citizen who’s relative had previously undergone a successful cancer surgery performed by Dr. Abhinav Deshpande. The surgery was performed by Dr. Abhinav Deshpande, Director - Surgical Oncology & Robotic Onco Surgery along with Plastic Surgery team at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur
