Nagpur continued to control possession and attack relentlessly. Just before halftime, Masiulla struck again from the penalty spot in the 44th minute, making it 3-0 and virtually sealing the contest.

In the second half, Sharv Karki added the fourth goal in the 54th minute, putting the result beyond doubt.
