Nagpur Runners & Riders celebrates Runners Day

About 100 runners attended the run. The runners were divided in two batches of 50 each. The run started from High Court Square to Japanese Garden Square-Walkers Street-Ladies Club Sq-laxmibhavan Square and back to High Court Square. A warm up and cool down session was conducted before and after the run by Dr. Kevin Agrawal. Sangita Shilledar, Go IronMan finisher from Gurugram also participated in the run.

After the run Dr. Kevin Agrawal, Navneet Khatri, Dr. Anil Jawahirani, Dr. Shantanu Sengupta and Satish Gujaran (Mumbai) were felicitated by Soodesh Jhawar, Sangita Shilledar, Kalyani Satija, Srilekha Ravi respectively. Each is an expert in his respective field and was guest speaker in the series of National Webinars which were organised by Team NRR in the last couple of months. Satish Gujaran who is from Mumbai could not attend the run. Ashish Agrawal collected the memento on his behalf. The programme was followed by breakfast.

Looking at the enthusiastic response by the runners NRR has decided to organise a 15kms run on August 15 on the occasion of 75th. Independence Day.

Mitesh Rambhia, Ashish Agrawal, Sandeep Maheshwari, Manoj Agrawal, Dinesh Naidu, Surjit Bhasin, Nurul Haq, Rajesh Datar, Nikhil Bajoria, Aditya Bhaiya and others worked hard to make the run a success.
