Online education prog on thalassemia, sickel cell disease

The Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Center, Nagpur run by Thalassemia Society of Central India has organised an online education programme on thalassemia and sickel cell for the patients and their parents on Friday, December 11 at 11.30 am.

The programme has been organised to commemorate Sickel Cell Janjagruti Week from December 11 to 18. The patients suffering from these diseases will be given information related to the disease on various topics and will be inaugurated by union Minister for Surface Transport, MSMEs Nitin Gadkari. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s Blood Cell national coordinator Vinita Srivastava, Dr J S Arora, general secretary of National Thalassemia Welfare Society will attend the programme. Dr Dara, Dr Dipti Jain and Dr Vinky Rughwani will be part of the panel discussion on the occasion.
