The Zone-II team has caught the infamous Rajesh alias Munna Ballare’s cricket betting den and matka racket. Rs 4.86 lakh rupees have been recovered from Munna’s betting den, being run at his house situated in Surendargarh’s Manav Seva Nagar.
Munna’s partner Rupesh Damodar Parsodkar and his brother Ashish Parsodkar have also been arrested. Munna has been involved in betting for a long time. There are 17 cases registered against him mostly are gambling and matka. He also used to drive matka with the help of many people including the Parsodkar brothers.
Zone-II’s team came to know about the base of the brothers. They stormed there on Monday. It came to light that both of them had been partnering Munna. After which the police raided Munna’s house. On searching the house, Rs 4.86 lakhs in cash, and car collectively worth Rs 11.56 lakhs was recovered from them.
