Ramp Communication thrashed Gora XI by nine wickets to win the Kapil Premier League T-20 Cricket Tournament at Divisional Sports Complex ground.

With a view to give match practice to the players who were confined to their homes due to lockdown, Anil Kotangale and Sachin Kanojia conducted the league in which 12 teams participated.

Batting first Gora XI scored 84 for 7 in 15 overs. Vansh Shah top scored with 31 whereas Radhe contributed 20. For Ramp Communication, Akash Goutil (3 for 11) was the main wicket taker. He was well supported by David Sahare (2 for 13).

In reply, Ramp Communication achieved the target by losing just one wicket in 11.4 overs. Piyush Fulsunge (42) and Goutil (36) played match winning knocks. Goutil was declared man-of-the-final, man-of-the-series and best bowler. Best batsman prize went to Sugat Lade. DCP Vivek Misal , Indian Divyang cricketer Gurudas Raut, Sanjay Kamble of NMC, Roshan Hore, Purushottam Pise, MCAD president Uttam Mishra, Vithoba Kotangale, Vijay Patil of NIT, Dhananjay Upasani, Sanjay Karwade, Thombre, Ashok Katekar, Vinay Yadav, Janak Sahu, Anjesh Tiwari and others were present on the occasion. Chief guest Vivek Misal assured all kind of help from the police department to the talented players.
