Grand Master Raunak Sadhwani was held to a draw by Serbian GM Sedlak Nikola in the sixth round of Silver Lake Open A Chess Tournament in Serbia on Monday.

Thus Sadhwani played a consecutive draw in the tournament. Earlier in the fifth round his countrymate Nihal Sarin held him to a draw.

IIn the sixth round on the second board, sixth-ranked Sadhwani and Nikola agreed to a draw after playing some moves. On top board, Sarin defeated GM Petrosyann Manuel to emerge sole leader with 5.5 points.

Sadhwani was on second place with 5 points along with GM Ter Sahakyan Samvel, IM Radovanovic Nikola and IM Makhnev Denis.

With still three rounds to go, Sadhwani have an opportunity to make comeback by winning them all.

In the seventh round, Sadhwani will take on GM Ter-Sahakyan Samvel
