Nagpur Nagarik Sahkari Bank and Mehkar Urban Bank approved the merger proposal of the Reserve Bank of India on 16.04.2026, after the merger of both the banks, Mehkar branch of Nagpur Nagarik Sahkari Bank is ready to provide all kinds of reliable, transparent and prompt banking services. With this merger, customers will have access to core banking solutions including RTGS/NEFT/IMPS and ATM services, mobile banking services, internet banking* facilities, term deposits with attractive interest rates, personal, business and home loan facilities in a more efficient, secure and modern format.

Standing on the foundation of trust, Nagpur Nagarik Sahakari Bank has achieved remarkable progress in the financial year 2025-2026, the bank has recorded an increase of 82% in net profit, 22% in total deposits and 18% in loan disbursement. At the end of the financial year, the bank had a total of Rs. 4155 crores recorded mixed business.
