Three city youths ran 100 kms with Indian Tricolour in and around the city on Sunday.Advocate Ashish Agrawal, Sudesh Zamwar and Sandeep Maheshwari compleed the run which was organised by Bhatinda Runners and Map Studio with a moto of Run for One Nation and One Flag.

Over 174 runners from all over the country participated in this run held virtually. They all ran in their own cities, towns.

According to a press release, Sudesh, a recreational runner and member of Orange City Runners, had also participated in the Lonavala 50 km Tata Ultra Run. Sudesh thanked his co-partners and CA Vijay Gupta for his achievement.

Agrawal, who also ran in and around Nagpur, also created a sort of record of completing the run in less than 20 hours. “I completed the run in just over 16 hours,” informed Agrawal.

He got his name included in International Book of Records (World Record of Excellence).

Adv Agrawal started at 4 am on Sunday from his Poonam Chamber''s residence. After running for an hour, he moved towards Kamptee Road. Later he completed his target by running at Joggers Street and around Civil Lines area. Adv Agrawal took breaks of 4-5 minutes (legally permitted) after every hour to remain hydrated. Adv Agrawal trains under Jai Athletics Club''s coach Dr Sunil Kapgate.
