After winning the toss, Vidarbha opted to field first. Mumbai posted a competitive total of 152/5 in 20 overs, with Deepak Acharya top-scoring with 43 runs while Prasad Sawant remained unbeaten on 30. For Vidarbha, Anup Fulper was the pick of the bowlers claiming two wickets, while Rahul Chikhalkar and Parikshit Tripathi were chipped in with a wicket each to restrict Mumbai.

In reply, Vidarbha chased down the target comfortably, scoring 153/3 in 17.1 overs.

The chase was anchored brilliantly by Shalabh Shrivastava, who played a match-winning knock of 69 runs off 47 balls, supported strongly by Anup Fulper, who remained unbeaten on 62 runs.

Their crucial partnership ensured Vidarbha reached the target with nearly three overs to spare.

With this convincing victory, Vidarbha qualified for the finals, showcasing excellent teamwork and determination.
