The temple will remain open for 24 hours, allowing continuous darshan. Additionally, the Sansthan will distribute 51,111 Rudraksha beads, 25,000 Rajgira Laddus, and 125 kg of Sabudana Khichdi as prasad. This was confirmed by Adv. Akshay Kalantri, the president of the Sansthan.

A palanquin procession of Shri Kapaleshwar Mahadev will take place at 4 PM, following traditional customs. Special worship rituals will also be performed at Ramkund.

To ensure the safety of devotees, 24-hour CCTV surveillance has been arranged. The temple area will be secured with barricades, and crowd management will be in place so that each devotee can have darshan within 15 minutes.

The Kapaleshwar Temple will be decorated with floral arrangements and attractive electric lighting for the festival. Several dignitaries, including District Collector Jalaj Sharma and Municipal Commissioner Manisha Khatri, will be present for the religious program.

The temple will open at 5 AM on Mahashivratri and remain open throughout the day and night, allowing devotees to seek blessings without interruption.
