79 new COVID-19 cases in Odisha, state tally at 1517

A total of 79 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Odisha in last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 1,517 in the state on Tuesday.

A total of 79 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Odisha in last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 1,517 in the state on Tuesday.

"With 79 new COVID-19 positive cases reported today, the total tally of positive cases in the state rises to 1517," the state health department stated.

According to the official data, out of the total cases, 861 are active cases, 649 people have been discharged and the state has reported 7 deaths so far.

India's COVID-19 count touched 1,45,380, including 80,722 active cases and 4167 deaths. Over 60,000 people have recovered from the disease.
