In a heartbreaking incident, a one-and-a-half-year-old girl was killed after being run over by a car in the parking lot of Cosmos Mall in Agra. The accident, which took place around 10 PM on August 6, was captured by CCTV cameras and has since gone viral on social media. The footage reveals the young girl straying from her parents, who were engaged in conversation, just as a vehicle enters the parking lot and tragically runs over her.
The child was quickly rescued from under the vehicle by her parents and rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, despite the immediate medical attention, she succumbed to her injuries during treatment. The video also shows the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident fleeing the scene.
The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of the Hariparvat police station, and authorities are currently conducting an extensive search to locate the driver responsible for this hit-and-run tragedy.
