A house gallery collapsed in Gujarat's Ahmedabad on Wednesday morning, February 11. According to the new agency IANS, 20 to 25 people are trapped below the debris of the collapsed gallery. 

The incident took place at Sant Vinoba Nagar slum in the Amraiwadi area. After receiving the information, the rescue and relief team, including firefighters, rushed to the spot.

The fire department team is using ladders to rescue the trapped residents.  Fire bridge personnel so far fished out 8 to 10 people from the debris and the rescue operation for other continue. 

At least seven residents were injured in the incident and were shifted to the nearby hospitals for treatment. No fatalities have been reported so far in the incident, according to the DeshGujarat report.

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had earlier given notice to owners of the house to evacuate a dilapidated structure. Teams from the police and fire brigade are at the site.
