Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos visited the Mahatma Gandhi memorial in Delhi as he paid his respects to the Father of the Nation. He posted a video where he is seen in a white kurta and an orange half jacket, carrying a wreath of flowers. After placing the flowers, he folded his hands to pray before walking away. Just landed in India and spent a beautiful afternoon paying my respects to someone who truly changed the world. “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever." tweeted Bezos on Twitter.

For the uninitiated, Jeff is here in India for a two-day flagship event being organised by the company for small and medium businesses. The event will commence in Delhion Wednesday and along the sidelines of the event, he is expected to meet key leaders and policymakers, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His visit to India comes at a time when the country's anti-trust body Competition Commission of India said it is looking into alleged unfair practices by Amazon and Walmart's Flipkart.
