Pratap Chandra, who specializes in tours and travels, claims that his body did not produce antibodies after taking the first dose of Covishield vaccine.

Antibodies are not produced in the body after taking Covishield vaccine. This is betrayal of the people. Therefore, action should be taken against this company and the organizations that approved this vaccine, demanded Pratap Chandra.

Pratap Chandra has lodged a complaint against Serum Institute of India CEO Adar Punawala, ICMR Director Balram Bhargava, WHO Managing Director Dr Tredros Adhonam, Health Ministry Joint Secretary Love Agarwal and National Health Mission Director Aparna Upadhyay at Ashiyana Police Station.

Health officials have been contacted to investigate the matter, said Inspector of Police Purushottam Gupta. The ICMR and the WHO had made it clear that antibodies would be produced after the first dose of the vaccine. But my body did not produce antibodies. Covishield vaccine is manufactured by Serum Institute of India (SII).The vaccine has been approved by ICMR, WHO and the Ministry of Health. The National Health Mission promoted the vaccine. Therefore, everyone is guilty, 'said Pratap Chandra.
